Ski Race

9:00 a.m.       Registration – Stag Pass (Area to the right of the entrance at the Grand Ballroom)

Breakfast

10:30 a.m.     Ski Race Begins – NASTAR Course

12:00 p.m.     Skiing or other activities

Sporting Clays

9:00 a.m.       Registration – Pro Shop at Sporting Clays

Continental Breakfast & Five Stand Practice

10:30 a.m.     Sporting Clays Event (new earlier start time)

Reception

2:30 p.m.       Cocktail Reception* – Matterhorn Lounge (Main Lodge)

Silent Auction, Raffle Ticket Sales

3:30 p.m.       Award Presentation

*Please allow for 20 minutes for travel and parking. Shuttles are provided if parking in the auxiliary parking lot.

All participants receive a continental breakfast, admission to the awards reception, and an event gift

We will have exciting raffles, skills games, and a fantastic silent auction the day of the event that you won’t want to miss out on.

• Super Fan Raffle – $10 (Win 4 tickets to the March 24, 2020 Penguins game, 4 tickets to a 2020 Pirates home game, and 2 tickets to a 2020 Steelers home game)
• 50/50 Raffle – $5 – 5 tickets or $20 – 25 tickets
• Event T-shirts – $10
